Review of the Sybian

First Opinion:

The Sybian is a great sex toy for women, providing infinitely controllable artificial intercourse. The woman usually straddles the machine, which has a dildo rising up. Two transistor dials control vibration and rotation, which are powered by two 1.5 HP motors. The rotation pushes the dildo against the G spot.

There is a learning curve to using it, but virtually every woman cums riding it. Many women have reported learning to cum during human intercourse after practicing with it.

My girlfriend has had "out of body" experiences. After one of these she is so limp I help her off and she lies down with silly grin for a half hour or so.

The woman is in a position to easily be carressed or fellate.

It is a great icebreaker at sex parties.

$1400 is a MAJOR investment, of course. But the device IS extremely well made, and has a 90 trial period (less $75 reconditioning fee). Also, consider the kind of insurance that manufacturer has to carry (if 30% of the price of a stepladder is insurance, just think what this machine demands). Give it a shot; it'll easily give $75 worth of fun.

Women who are fantastic cummers already say it's fun but that dicks are better. Women that haven't experienced 8 or 9 slam bang orgasms during intercourse are apt to enter drooldom.

Before buying, I called up Good Vibrations and asked why they didn't carry them. They said: 1) Too expensive 2) The same sensations are possible with other vibrators they sell.

We got ours with the trial period, and after 90 days decided to keep it. They can take our Sybian when they pry my girlfriend's cold, dead fingers from the controls.

Second Opinion, from a Different Reviewer:

Warning: if you can possibly try one of these things out before you buy, do so! One thing I have noticed is that virtually everyone I know who has bought one is a man. One person even went so far as to say: "Women don't buy these things. Neither do gay men."

Now I actually have know women who liked the Sybian--two or three who liked it a lot. But what sticks in my mind is the time a guy brought one to one of my houseparties. Five different women rode it that night. Every one of them came. Not one of them wanted to try it again, ever!

$1400 seems like a lot of money to spend for a vibrator that makes an orgasm unpleasant! IMHO, $1400 will buy a hell of a lot of toys, with enough left over for a fairly decent used car!

Obviously, this is a matter of personal taste. But the women I know who have tried the Sybian dislike it strongly, by about three to one, so be sure to try before you buy. (BTW, the ones who do like it seem to like it very much indeed...
